  "text": "A representative from each Task Group, as selected by the group, should report, in writing or in person, on the progress of the project to the Executive Committee upon request. The Task Groups should meet as often as necessary to review the progress of their respective activities, identify promising directions for their future work, and make recommendations to the Executive Committee and Policy Committee on needed actions.",
