The measures referred to in Article 1(1)(b) of Common Position 2006/276/CFSP, in so far as they apply to Mr Yuri Nikolaïevich Podobed, are hereby suspended until 31 October 2010.

The measures referred to in Article 1(1)(c) of Common Position 2006/276/CFSP are hereby suspended until 31 October 2010.
