# Council Decision of 24 July 2008 on the signing and provisional application of a Memorandum of Cooperation between the International Civil Aviation Organisation and the European Community regarding security audits/inspections and related matters (2009/97/EC), Division 1.3


The implementation of ICAO assessments in the European Community shall be discussed at the request of one of the Parties, but at least once a year.
