WestLB’s owners — Westfälisch-Lippische Sparkassen- und Giroverband, Rheinische Sparkassen- und Giroverband, and — directly and indirectly, through NRW.BANK – the Land of North Rhine-Westphalia, Landschaftsverband Westfalen Lippe, and Landschaftsverband Rheinland, are to sell WestLB, as a whole or in separate units, in accordance with the following conditions, by 31 December 2011.
