Division 6.5

Full divesture of segmented business areas is to be preferred to a simple transfer of the majority of the voting rights (50 % plus one share). Such a transfer of the majority of the voting rights is admissible only if in the tender procedure no offer is made for the full divesture of one or more segmented business areas. The Commission must be informed of the award, and may enter an objection.
