Division 7.2

During the implementation of this Decision the Commission is to have unlimited access to all information necessary for the monitoring of the implementation of this Decision. The Commission may ask WestLB to provide explanations and clarifications. Germany and WestLB are to cooperate fully with the Commission, and with the trustee acting for the Commission, in response to any request in connection with the monitoring of the implementation of this Decision.
