THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,
Having regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof,
Whereas:
(1)
On 27 April 2006, the Council adopted Common Position 2006/318/CFSP renewing restrictive measures against Burma/Myanmar.
(2)
There are no longer grounds for keeping one person on the list of persons, entities and bodies to which Common Position 2006/318/CFSP applies,
HAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:
