  "text": "1. The Commission shall reimburse travel and, where appropriate, subsistence expenses for members and experts in connection with the expert group’s activities in accordance with the Commission’s applicable rules on the compensation of external experts.\n2. The members, experts and observers shall not be remunerated for the services they render.\n3. Meeting expenses shall be reimbursed within the limits of the annual budget allocated by the responsible Commission services.",
