  "text": "This Decision shall apply on the basis of the following structures, bodies and authorities designated by the former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia for the management of measures 101, 103 and 302 of the Programme provided for under IPA — Component V:\n(a) the National Authorising Officer;\n(b) the National Fund;\n(c) the Operating Structure for IPA — Component V:\nthe Managing Authority,\nthe IPARD Agency.",
