  "text": "The mandate of Mr Roeland VAN DE GEER as the European Union Special Representative (EUSR) for the African Great Lakes Region is hereby extended until 31 August 2010. The mandate of the EUSR may be terminated earlier, if the Council so decides, on a recommendation of the HR following the entry into force of the decision establishing the European External Action Service.",
