  "text": "Council Decision 2010/121/CFSP\nof 25 February 2010\namending the Annex to Common Position 2004/161/CFSP renewing restrictive measures against Zimbabwe\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on European Union, and in particular Article 29 thereof,\nWhereas:\n(1)\nOn 19 February 2004, the Council adopted Common Position 2004/161/CFSP renewing restrictive measures against Zimbabwe.\n(2)\nCouncil Decision 2010/92/CFSP, adopted on 15 February 2010, extended the restrictive measures provided for in Common Position 2004/161/CFSP until 20 February 2011.\n(3)\nThe Council considers that one person should be added to the list of persons and entities subject to the restrictive measures provided for in Common Position 2004/161/CFSP. The list set out in the Annex to Common Position 2004/161/CFSP should be amended accordingly,\nHAS ADOPTED THIS DECISION:",
