# Council Decision of 16 November 2009 on a Community Position concerning participation in the CARIFORUM-EC Consultative Committee provided for by the Economic Partnership Agreement between the CARIFORUM States, of the one part, and the European Community and its Member States, of the other part, and on the selection of the representatives of organisations located in the EC Party (2010/207/EC), Article 2

The CARIFORUM-EC Trade and Development Committee (hereinafter ‘the Trade and Development Committee’) shall expeditiously discuss and approve the list of standing members proposed by the CARIFORUM States and the EC Party respectively, and its renewals.
