# Council Decision of 16 November 2009 on a Community Position concerning participation in the CARIFORUM-EC Consultative Committee provided for by the Economic Partnership Agreement between the CARIFORUM States, of the one part, and the European Community and its Member States, of the other part, and on the selection of the representatives of organisations located in the EC Party (2010/207/EC), Article 4

The European Economic and Social Committee shall serve as the secretariat of the Committee for an initial period ending on 31 December 2010. Such period shall be automatically renewed unless the Parties or the European Economic and Social Committee disagree and provide prior and reasonable advance notification.
