Bulgaria and Germany shall be granted a derogation from application of Regulation (EC) No 1165/2008 for a period ending on 1 January 2010.

2.

Germany shall be granted a derogation from application of Regulation (EC) No 1165/2008 concerning sheep and goats for a period ending on 1 January 2011.
