Article 1 Mission

1.

The European Union Integrated Rule of Law Mission for Iraq, established by Joint Action 2005/190/CFSP (‘EUJUST LEX-IRAQ’ or the ‘Mission’), shall be continued from 1 July 2010.

2.

EUJUST LEX-IRAQ shall operate in accordance with the objectives and other provisions as contained in the Mission statement set out in Article 2.
