  "heading": "ABOVE AND BELOW GROUND VEGETATION CARBON STOCK",
  "text": "Except where a value for CVEG set out in point 8 is used, for the calculation of CVEG the following rule shall apply:\nCVEG = CBM + CDOM\nwhere:\nCVEG above and below ground vegetation carbon stock (measured as mass of carbon per hectare);\nCBM above and below ground carbon stock in living biomass (measured as mass of carbon per hectare), calculated in accordance with point 5.1;\nCDOM above and below ground carbon stock in dead organic matter (measured as mass of carbon per hectare), calculated in accordance with point 5.2.\nFor CDOM the value of 0 may be used, except in the case of forest land — excluding forest plantations — having more than 30 % canopy cover.",
