  "text": "The numbers of ducks, geese and mallards to be sampled in the poultry holding shall be defined so as to ensure 95 % probability of identifying at least one bird that tests sero-positive for avian influenza where the prevalence of sero-positive birds is ≥ 30 %.\nTwenty blood samples shall be taken for serological testing from each selected poultry holding.",
