# Council Implementing Decision of 19 January 2010 authorising the Portuguese Republic to apply a measure derogating from Articles 168, 193 and 250 of Directive 2006/112/EC on the common system of value added tax (2010/39/EU), Article 4

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

This Decision shall take effect on the date of its notification to the Portuguese Republic.
It shall apply from 1 January 2010 until 31 December 2015.
