  "text": "1. It shall be prohibited to supply vessels designed for the transport or storage of oil and petrochemical products to Iranian persons, entities or bodies.\n2. It shall be prohibited to supply vessels designed for the transport or storage of oil and petrochemical products to any person, entity or body for the transport or storage of Iranian oil and petrochemical products.\n3. It shall be prohibited to participate, knowingly or intentionally, in activities the object or effect of which is to circumvent the prohibitions set out in paragraphs 1 and 2.",
