  "text": "The mandate of Mr Valentin INZKO as the EUSR in Bosnia and Herzegovina (BiH) is hereby extended until 31 August 2011. The mandate of the EUSR may be terminated earlier, if the Council so decides, on a proposal of the HR following the entry into force of the Decision establishing the European External Action Service.",
