# Council Decision 2010/450/CFSP of 11 August 2010 appointing the European Union Special Representative for the Republic of Sudan and the Republic of South Sudan, Article 5: Financing

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. The financial reference amount of EUR 1 820 000 shall be increased by EUR 955 000 to cover the expenditure related to the mandate of the EUSR for the period from 1 September 2010 to 30 June 2012 .
2. The expenditure shall be managed in accordance with the procedures and rules applicable to the general budget of the Union.
3. The management of the expenditure shall be subject to a contract between the EUSR and the Commission. The EUSR shall be accountable to the Commission for all expenditure.
