  "text": "Where necessary, the assistance of an external expert may be solicited for a specific inspection. This expert should only have an advisory role.\nInspections by a single inspector should, in general, be avoided. At least one of the inspectors should have a minimum of two years’ of practical experience as referred to in point 3(b).",
