  "text": "The regions where the collection and transmission of data to the Visa Information System (VIS) shall start according to Article 48(1)(c) and (3) of Regulation (EC) No 767/2008 are the following:\nThe first region:\nAlgeria,\nEgypt,\nLibya,\nMauritania,\nMorocco,\nTunisia.\nThe second region:\nIsrael,\nJordan,\nthe Lebanon,\nSyria.\nThe third region:\nAfghanistan,\nBahrain,\nIran,\nIraq,\nKuwait,\nOman,\nQatar,\nSaudi Arabia,\nUnited Arab Emirates,\nYemen.",
