The State aid which Poland is planning to implement in favour of Dell Poland, amounting to PLN 216 365 000 in nominal value, and representing a maximum aid intensity of 27,81 % gross grant equivalent, is compatible with the common market within the meaning of Article 87(3)(a) of the Treaty.\n2. Implementation of the aid referred to in Article 1(1) is accordingly authorised.",
