# Council Decision 2010/565/CFSP of 21 September 2010 on the European Union mission to provide advice and assistance for security sector reform in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (EUSEC RD Congo), Article 11: Implementation and consistency of the EU's response

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

1. The HR shall be responsible for the implementation of this Decision and shall also ensure that it is consistent with the EU's external action as a whole, including the EU's development programmes.
2. The Head of Mission shall assist the HR in implementing this Decision.
