# Council Decision of 27 September 2010 concerning the conclusion of consultations with the Republic of Niger under Article 96 of the ACP-EU Partnership Agreement (2010/588/EU), Article 3

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its adoption.
It shall remain in force for a period of 12 months. It shall be reviewed at least every six months on the basis of a follow-up mission of the Union.
