  "text": "By 30 June 2010, Dexia shall establish a reporting line known as ‘Legacy Portfolio Management Division’. The assets allocated to this line shall be placed in run-off or sold under the commitment set out under point 13(n) below. These assets shall be the following: (i) the CSP/PSP portfolios (estimated at approximately EUR 134 billion at 31 December 2009), (ii) the FP portfolio (estimated at approximately EUR 10,7 billion at 31 December 2009) and (iii) the non-core PWB loans portfolio (estimated at approximately EUR 17 billion at 31 December 2009). The funding raised by Dexia with the funding guarantee shall be allocated in full to this line.",
