# Council Decision of 25 January 2010 repealing Decision 2009/472/EC and concerning the follow-up to the consultation procedure with the Islamic Republic of Mauritania under Article 96 of the ACP-EC Partnership Agreement (2010/73/EU), Article 3

Extent: E+W+S+N.I.

This Decision shall enter into force on the day of its adoption.
It shall expire on 25 January 2012. If necessary, it may be re-examined on the basis of European Union follow-up missions.
