Article 3 Approval of amended programmes for rabies submitted by Bulgaria and Poland

The following amended programmes for the eradication of rabies are hereby approved for the period from 1 January 2010 to 31 December 2010:

1. (a)

   the programme submitted by Bulgaria on 29 September 2010;

2. (b)

   the programme submitted by Poland on 28 September 2010.
