Chapter V of Appendix 10 to Annex 11 to the Agriculture Agreement is hereby amended as follows:

    Paragraphs 3, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 14 in Part 1.A are deleted.

    The following paragraphs are added to Part 1.A:
