Annex II GOVERNANCE OF BONUS

BONUS shall be managed by BONUS EEIG through its Secretariat. BONUS EEIG has established the following structures for the purposes of BONUS:

1. (a)

   Steering Committee;

2. (b)

   Secretariat;

3. (c)

   Advisory Board;

4. (d)

   Forum of Sector Research; and

5. (e)

   Forum of Project Coordinators.
