1.

Romania shall submit a report to the Commission on the progress made by the establishments in complying with the requirements referred to in Articles 2 and 3, including a timetable for their full compliance with those requirements.

2.

The report shall be submitted to the Commission by F131 October 2011.

The report shall be submitted in accordance with the model form set out in Annex V.
