  "text": "Council Decision\nof 16 February 2010\nappointing the members and alternate members of the Advisory Committee on Safety and Health at Work\n(2010/98/EU)\nTHE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,\nHaving regard to the Treaty on the Functioning of the European Union,\nHaving regard to Council Decision 2003/C 218/01 of 22 July 2003 on the setting up of an Advisory Committee on Safety and Health at Work, and in particular Article 3 thereof,\nHaving regard to the list of candidates submitted to the Council by the Governments of the Member States,\nWhereas the members and alternate members of the Advisory Committee on Safety and Health at Work should be appointed for a period of three years,\nHAS DECIDED AS FOLLOWS:",
