Article 2 Definitions

For the purposes of this Decision, the following definitions shall apply:

1. (a)

   'PRS participants' means the Member States, the Council, the Commission and the EEAS, as well as Union agencies, third countries and international organisations, in so far as such agencies, third countries and organisations have been duly authorised;

2. (b)

   'PRS users' means natural or legal persons duly authorised by a PRS participant to own or use a PRS receiver.
