  "text": "A Union financial contribution to France for the official programme for the control of organisms harmful to plants and plant products in the French overseas departments for 2011, as specified in Part A of the Annex, is approved.\nIt shall be limited to a maximum of 60 % of the total eligible expenditure, as specified in Part B of the Annex, with a maximum of EUR 165 000 (VAT excluded).",
