Third countries using raw material imported from other third countries approved for production of food of animal origin in accordance with this Decision F1... to be exported to F2Great Britain and which are unable to provide a residue monitoring plan equivalent to that required by Article 7 of Directive 96/23/EC F3or under the correlating provisions of Regulation (EU) 2017/625 for such raw material shall complement the plan with the following statement:

‘The competent authority of [third country] ensures that animal products for human consumption exported to F4Great Britain, in particular products produced from raw material imported into [third country], shall only come from establishments approved in accordance F5with Article 126 of Regulation (EU) 2017/625 and having reliable procedures in place to guarantee that raw material of animal origin used in such food originates only from F6the United Kingdom or third countries listed for the respective raw material F7in the document published under Article 1(1) of Commission Decision 2011/163/EU.’.
