Article 1 Establishment of a SHARE-ERIC

There shall be a distributed European Research Infrastructure called the Survey of Health, Ageing and Retirement in Europe (SHARE).

(2)

SHARE shall have the legal form of a European Research Infrastructure Consortium (ERIC) incorporated under the provision of Regulation (EC) No 723/2009 and be named ‘SHARE-ERIC’ (hereafter also referred to as ‘the Organisation’).
