  "text": "(1) The financial liability of the members for the debts of the ERIC shall be limited to their respective contributions provided to the SHARE-ERIC and agreed upon in the annual spending plans.\n(2) The SHARE-ERIC shall take appropriate measures to insure the risks specific to building up and operating a survey.",
