  "text": "For the product(s) and intended use(s) listed below, CEN/Cenelec are requested to specify the following system(s) of attestation of conformity in the relevant harmonised standard(s):\nApplies to small diameter power or signal cables or systems (< 20 mm diameter and with conductor sizes ≤ 2,5 mm2).\nSystem 1 + see point (i) of Section 2 of Annex III to Directive 89/106/EEC, with audit-testing of samples taken at the factory.\nProduct(s)\nIntended use(s)\nLevel(s) or class(es)(resistance to fire)\nAttestation of conformity system(s)\nPower, control and communication cables\nfor uses subject to fire regulations on resistance to fire\nP15 – P30 – P60 – P90 – P120\nPH15 – PH 30 – PH 60 – PH 90 – PH 120\n1 +\nThe specification for the system should be such that it can be implemented even where performance does not need to be determined for a certain characteristic, because at least one Member State has no legal requirement at all for such characteristic (see Article 2(1) of Directive 89/106/EEC and, where applicable, clause 1.2.3 of the Interpretative Documents). In those cases the verification of such a characteristic must not be imposed on the manufacturer if he does not wish to declare the performance of the product in that respect.",
