Article 10 National law
1.
The activities of European Union fishing vessels operating in São Toméan waters shall be governed by the applicable law in São Tomé and Príncipe, unless otherwise provided for in the Fisheries Partnership Agreement, this Protocol and the Annex and appendices hereto.
2.
The São Toméan authorities shall inform the European Commission of any change or any new legislation relating to the fishing sector.
3.
The European Commission shall inform the São Toméan authorities of any change or any new legislation relating to the fishing activities of the European Union distant-water fleet.
