  "text": "1. In the event of termination of the Protocol, the Party concerned shall notify the other Party in writing of its intention to terminate the Protocol at least six (6) months before the date on which such termination would take effect.\n2. Dispatch of the notification, as referred to in the previous paragraph, shall open consultations between the Parties.",
