Article 7 Conditions governing fishing activities — Exclusivity clause

Without prejudice to Article 6 of the Agreement, fishing vessels flying the flag of a Member State of the European Union may fish in São Toméan waters only if they are in possession of a fishing authorisation issued under this Protocol in accordance with the Annex hereto.
