  "text": "The new fishing authorisation shall take effect on the day on which the cancelled fishing authorisation is returned to the Ministry responsible for fisheries in São Tomé and Príncipe. The European Union Delegation to Gabon shall be informed of the transfer of the fishing authorisation.",
