# Council Decision of 24 February 2011 on the signing, on behalf of the Union, and provisional application of the Protocol setting out the fishing opportunities and financial contribution provided for in the Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the European Union and the Democratic Republic of São Tomé and Príncipe (2011/296/EU), Division 4


The relevant European Union authorities shall submit (by electronic means) to the Ministry responsible for fisheries in São Tomé and Príncipe an application for each vessel wishing to fish under the Fisheries Partnership Agreement at least fifteen (15) working days before the date of commencement of the period of validity requested. Unless otherwise agreed in the Joint Committee, the competent European Union authority for the purposes of applying this Annex is the European Union Delegation to Gabon.
