Applications shall be submitted to the Ministry responsible for fisheries on a form drawn up in accordance with the specimen in Appendix 1. The São Toméan authorities shall take all the necessary steps to ensure that the data received as part of the application for a fishing authorisation are treated as confidential. These data shall be used exclusively in the context of the implementation of the Fisheries Partnership Agreement.
