# Council Decision of 24 February 2011 on the signing, on behalf of the Union, and provisional application of the Protocol setting out the fishing opportunities and financial contribution provided for in the Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the European Union and the Democratic Republic of São Tomé and Príncipe (2011/296/EU), Division 6


All fishing authorisation applications shall be accompanied by the following documents:
proof of payment of the flat-rate advance for the period of validity of the authorisation,
any other documents or certificates required under the specific rules applicable to the type of vessel concerned pursuant to this Protocol.
