# Council Decision of 24 February 2011 on the signing, on behalf of the Union, and provisional application of the Protocol setting out the fishing opportunities and financial contribution provided for in the Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the European Union and the Democratic Republic of São Tomé and Príncipe (2011/296/EU), Division 9


Fishing authorisations for all vessels shall be issued to shipowners or their representatives via the European Union Delegation to Gabon within 15 working days of receipt of all the documents referred to in point 6 by the Ministry responsible for fisheries in São Tomé and Príncipe.
