# Council Decision of 24 February 2011 on the signing, on behalf of the Union, and provisional application of the Protocol setting out the fishing opportunities and financial contribution provided for in the Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the European Union and the Democratic Republic of São Tomé and Príncipe (2011/296/EU), Division 4


Where the provisions set out in this Chapter are not complied with, the Government of São Tomé and Príncipe shall suspend the fishing authorisation of the offending vessel until formalities have been completed and impose on the shipowner the penalty laid down in current São Toméan legislation. The European Commission and the flag Member State shall immediately be informed thereof.
