# Council Decision of 24 February 2011 on the signing, on behalf of the Union, and provisional application of the Protocol setting out the fishing opportunities and financial contribution provided for in the Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the European Union and the Democratic Republic of São Tomé and Príncipe (2011/296/EU), Division 5


Declarations shall include the catches made by the vessel during each trip. They shall be transmitted to the Ministry responsible for fisheries in São Tomé and Príncipe by electronic means, with a copy to the European Commission, at the end of each trip and, in all cases, before the vessel leaves São Toméan waters. Electronic receipts shall be sent at once to the vessel by both addressees, with a copy to the other.
