# Council Decision of 24 February 2011 on the signing, on behalf of the Union, and provisional application of the Protocol setting out the fishing opportunities and financial contribution provided for in the Fisheries Partnership Agreement between the European Union and the Democratic Republic of São Tomé and Príncipe (2011/296/EU), Division 1


All European Union vessels operating in São Toméan waters under this Protocol which tranship catches in São Toméan waters shall do so off São Toméan ports.
1.1. The owners of such vessels must notify the following information to the competent São Toméan authorities at least 24 hours in advance:
the names of the transhipping fishing vessels,
the names of the cargo vessels,
the tonnage by species to be transhipped, indicating the catch zone,
the day of transhipment,
the beneficiary of the catches transhipped.
